The Opportunity Under direct supervision, the Seafood Clerk provides friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service and assists customers. Responsibilities include setting up, maintaining and cleaning the seafood display cases, cleaning, filling and rotating the displays, and lifting 50 lbs., bending, standing and stooping for prolonged periods of time. The working environment is typical for a fast‑paced grocery store. Essential functions include physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking and kneeling, as well as visual and auditory requirements. Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to preparation, handling and serving food.
