Join our Fiesta Mart Store Operations Team as a Seafood Clerk. This role involves delivering excellent customer service, maintaining and cleaning seafood displays, and ensuring food safety standards.
Fiesta Mart proudly serves communities around Texas with a wide range of international and fresh products. As part of the Chedraui USA group, our mission is to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and to support local charities and educational programs.
What You'll Do
Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and assist with seafood displays.
Maintain and clean seafood display cases, rotate products, and ensure proper presentation.
Lift and move items up to 60 lbs., and perform related physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
Interact with co‑workers and customers in English and Spanish.
Write simple correspondence and follow written instructions.
Follow food‑safety policies and keep up to date with Food Handler Card requirements.
What You're Looking For
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast‑paced grocery environment.
Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for prolonged periods.
Basic computer skills (PC/Outlook). Retail Management Certificate is a plus.
Food Handler Card or equivalent certification.
