Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently. Assist with repairs, troubleshooting, and machinery installations. Follow safety protocols and document maintenance activities. Maintain organized tools, accurate records, and monitor spare parts inventory. Support facility upkeep and collaborate with production to minimize downtime. Participate in training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (troubleshooting electrical panels 480 and below). 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field. Good knowledge of tools, equipment, and machinery (heavy equipment including conveyor lines experience is preferred). Ability to read and follow maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics – great knowledge of safety when working around equipment. Basic troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills for minor mechanical or electrical issues. Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics. Experience in PLC.
