Card Writers are responsible for creating and reviewing all handwritten card campaigns. This role will entail “Wow-ing” our pet-parent customers with stellar attention to detail and passion for quality control. Our Team Members are committed to providing an incredible customer experience.
At Chewy, you’ll be part of a team of an energetic, positive and committed team of Chewtopians that take pride in putting our customers first. We engage with our pet families, wowing them through various initiatives and sending handwritten cards.
Schedule 4:3-pm-3am
What You’ll Do
Operating standard office equipment such as printers, laptops/computers, and scanners
Reading and transcribing cards and envelopes
Reviewing, editing, stuffing, sealing, and stamping cards and envelopes (i.e., Birthday, Holiday, etc.) to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
Counting and placing mailing trays into sleeves prior to shipment to customers
Tracking, checking, and ensuring quality on all written cards
Stocking, pulling, and recording inventory as needed
Entering data into Excel spreadsheets
Recording and correcting customer cards with incorrect/missing information and/or damages
Breaking down boxes and other materials
Ensuring customer information is accounted for and disposed of properly
What You’ll Need
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Must be able to perform and comprehend basic arithmetic
Experience in Microsoft Office with working knowledge of Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with others
Able to sit or stand, stoop, reach, and use hands for extended periods of time
Able to lift weights of up to 10-30lbs and reach periodically throughout the day
Able to push and pull weights of up to 150lbs
Must be able to operate all standard office equipment
