Bailey Medical Center offers a full range of medical services, including general surgery, maternity, gynecology, bariatrics, orthopedics, and emergency care. The 73‑bed hospital is one of the most technologically advanced hospitals in the region.
Accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in accordance with BMC standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide age‑appropriate care to patients served in the unit.
Apply principles of growth and development across the lifespan, assessing data reflective of patient status and identifying age‑specific needs.
Plan patient care, developing, modifying, and implementing the care plan in accordance with BMC standards and patient‑care policies and procedures.
Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
Delegate appropriate nursing tasks to other staff members based on individual patient needs and staff qualifications.
Job Requirements
Registered Nurse
ADN or BSN
Oklahoma or applicable Multi‑State RN license (upon hire)
BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
ACLS certification within 30 days of hire
PALS certification within 30 days of hire
Preferred Job Requirements
At least 1 year of ER experience
TNCC certification
Seniority Level Entry level
