Pay Pay Range: $52,200 - $156,000 + $1,500 Sign‑On Bonus.

Job Description A Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) implements treatment programs to assist pediatric patients with cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and/or social/emotional disabilities and delays by planning and administering speech therapy services in the home and community.

Responsibilities

Perform evaluations, interpret assessment results, and develop appropriate goals for the child, creating and implementing speech therapy treatment plans in conjunction with the physician.

Assist pediatric patients in developing or regaining cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and/or social/emotional functioning, improving independence through skilled interventions.

Educate, coach, and empower caregivers and families to carry over therapeutic activities into the child's daily routine.

Coordinate with referral partners to provide services for children in accordance with physician orders.

Ensure continuity of the therapeutic plan following discharge by designing and instructing patients, families, and caregivers in home exercise programs.

Document patient care services and care coordination in an intuitive electronic medical record system.

Maintain patient confidentiality and professional confidence.

Requirements

ASHA certification.

State license.

Current CPR certification.

A minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
