Job Description You will oversee all aspects of store operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, product quality, maintenance of store image, customer relations, and service times. You will lead by example and enforce all policies 100% of the time.
Job Requirements
Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
Lead by example, following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
Navigate a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.
Drive in adverse weather conditions including rain, sleet, snow, high winds, and hail.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude.
Conform to all image and uniform standards of Domino's Pizza.
Work alone and with others.
Meet high quality control standards even in fast‑paced circumstances.
Job Duties Include
All duties assigned to CSRs and Delivery Experts.
Train team members.
Maintain appropriate staffing levels during your shift.
Manage inventory.
Control cash.Complete all required and requested reports.
Perform additional tasks as requested by General Manager and above‑store leadership.
Essential Functions / Skills
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
Make correct monetary change.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard and touch screen.
Strong hand/eye coordination.
Receive instruction and complete tasks within a specified period of time.
Physical Requirements Many tasks are performed from a standing position and team members are expected to remain standing for extended periods.
Walk briskly or run between the store and delivery vehicle and between the delivery vehicle and the customer's location when safe.
Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds and rarely lift up to 50 pounds.
Handle various weights and sizes of packages during deliveries.
Climb ladders infrequently to perform cleaning duties, change signs, and perform maintenance.
Navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery of product.
Crouch, bend, and reach frequently when preparing products, stocking, and cleaning.
