Role Description This is a part‑time, on‑site Ramp Agent role located in Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities include safely loading and unloading baggage and cargo on and off aircraft, operating ground‑support equipment, and ensuring the timely and efficient movement of aircraft on the ground. Ramp Agents collaborate with team members to deliver reliable service and maintain a safe working environment and may also communicate with other ground operations personnel to support airport operations as required.
Qualifications
Proficiency in safely unloading and handling baggage or cargo efficiently
Basic computer literacy skills for operational and reporting tasks
Experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment such as tugs or baggage carts
Strong customer‑service mentality and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of aircraft servicing tasks or experience working around aircraft is a plus
Ability to work in an outdoor environment, including during inclement weather
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to pass background checks
