Hour: 9:10 AM – 7:50 PM
Pay: $18.35 per hour
Job Description
This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Operating a jack and forklift.
Moving product to necessary location.
Loading and unloading blast cell and freezer racks.
Assist in all areas as needed.
Loading and unloading skids and moving product to necessary location.
Must obtain forklift license and be able to change battery as needed (training will be available).
Must be able and willing to maneuver pallet jack around tables and belts, continuously grip the handle, and be aware of all obstacles (including other team members).
Complete various log sheets and maintain equipment while in possession.
Work will expose to warm or cold temperatures, wet, humid or dusty conditions. Requires walking, bending, standing, turning, pulling, twisting, and lifting up to 70 lb frequently.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
– The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
Must have 3 months of work history with one employer listed on the application.
Prefer 3 months of forklift operator experience.
This location does not accept rehires.
