Overview
The Excellerate Foreman I is responsible for supervising electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within commercial and industrial settings. Minimum Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED, and completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours). Travel: 10 to 25% Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 AM and 6 PM, Monday–Friday. Overtime may be required. Work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities
All previous classification requirements must be continually satisfied. Demonstrates ability to run a scope of work/project(s) with a crew of 1–10+ effectively. Establish expectations and motivate crews to consistently meet or exceed project goals. Consistently complete projects on time, within budget, and in a safe manner. Complete basic paperwork (foreman logs, performance evaluations, purchase order logs, time cards, etc.) in a timely manner. Effectively manage resources (tools, equipment, staffing) within the crew. Read and understand estimates, with the assistance of project management or superintendent, as part of the installation and layout of a project. Provide feedback and coaching to crew members. Conduct thorough safety practices, address hazards, and enforce workplace safety procedures (toolbox talks, safety audits, documentation, etc.). Mentor and develop others within projects and crews. Support usage of Faith internal resources (e.g., Excellerate, Precon, APC, Productivity, Engineering, Estimating). Maintain compliance with company policies; consult HR/Workforce Managers to ensure corrective actions and documentation are completed. Demonstrate excellent customer relations through effective problem-solving techniques. Participate in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program as appropriate.
