You want to be the boss? Well now's your chance – Domino’s Pizza is hiring bosses – more specifically assistant managers. It's a tough job, one that needs a natural like you. Of the skills you'll need: judgment, math, and the ability to multitask.

Job Description You will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew. In addition to core duties, you will handle staffing, paperwork, cost control, cash control, food management, scheduling, image, standards adherence, customer service, attendance, transportation, cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.

Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).

Must be able to make correct monetary change.

Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.

Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in‑store temperatures 36–90°F or higher, sudden temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Essential tasks include talking and hearing on telephone, near‑ and mid‑range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Must be able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand/eye tasks, and use of tools, equipment, and work aides.

Driving: Deliver product by car to customer door, deliver flyers and door hangers. Requires a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle.

Navigation: Read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area, navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Training Orientation and training will be provided on the job.

Physical Demands

Carrying pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing duties.

Driving: Deliver pizzas within designated delivery area and make several deliveries per shift.

Walking: Travel between store and delivery vehicle and from vehicle to customer’s location.

Climbing: Navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.
