Assistant Restaurant Manager – Food Service Supervisor – Management

Position: Assistant Manager
Experience: 2 years
Shift: 5:30 am – 3:00 pm
Hourly Compensation: $17.50 – $18.00 (annual $52,000 – $54,500)
Work schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3‑week schedule with an expected 45‑hour work week.
Reports to: Store Manager

Responsibilities
Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Share in responsibility for ensuring Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
Retail Management experience.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license.
