Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice.
Compact licenses transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
Current CPR certification (hands‑on component); Aveanna can assist with obtaining this after hire if necessary.
TB skin test current within last 12 months.
Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation.
