Plasma Center Nurse – LPN position at BioLife Plasma Services, a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.

Responsibilities
Determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, including informed consent, medical history interview, physical exam, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).
Manage donor adverse events and monitor donor reactions following SOPs.
Evaluate laboratory test results and notify donors of unsuitable results.
Refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for medical or technical guidance.
Support vaccination programs for employees (Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu).
Manage employee incidents and coordinate with occupational health/EHS.
Act as Pandemic Coordinator with EHS for investigations of pandemic threats.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, or graduate equivalent of a recognized nursing program with state requirements.
Current LPN (or LVN) license in the state of assignment.
Current CPR and AED certification.
Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy.
Complete FDA approved training requirements for BioLife Medical Support Specialist.
At least 2 years in a clinical or hospital setting.
Benefits & Compensation U.S. hourly wage range: $23.85 – $32.79. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, short‑term & long‑term disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, holidays, well‑being benefits, sick time (up to 80 hrs/year), and paid vacation (up to 120 hrs for new hires).
