Mon – Fri: 9 AM – 5:30 PM (first shift) Job Summary
This position operates a stand‑up forklift and cherry picker to move, load, unload, and store inventory in a high‑volume warehouse. Responsibilities include unloading inbound trucks, loading outbound trucks, locating and retrieving products, replenishing picking locations, and training new hires. You must maintain a clean work area, follow Good Documentation Practices, and adhere to safety procedures. Responsibilities
Unload inbound trucks (inter‑company deliveries, vendors, etc.). Load outbound trucks (inter‑company shipments, off‑site warehouse, etc.). Locate and retrieve products and replenish picking locations using FEFO methodology. Move pallets on the dock and transport products by forklift. Physically stack/transport larger sterilization pallets to regular pallets before dock loading. Ensure all duties are completed safely, promptly, and in accordance with department standards. Maintain a clean work area in line with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and SOPs. Adhere to safety first; maintain safe working conditions and proper operating practices. Perform general warehouse associate duties. Train new hires on RF functions. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Qualifications
High School diploma, GED, or 1‑year equivalent experience required. At least 2 years preferred experience operating a cherry picker or reach lift. Experience in a production environment. Ability to read and interpret distribution documents. Ability to work under minimal supervision and perform in a metrics‑driven environment. Must be alert, focused, and work well with others. Licensed to operate material handling equipment and experienced in safe operation. Ability to lift over 50 lbs. Physical Demands
Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, crouching, reaching, pushing/pulling, grasping, lifting, and repetitive hand motions. Occasional climbing and lifting over 50 lbs. Work Environment
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, high and precarious places, varying temperatures, moderate to loud noise, and airborne particles. EEO Statement
