We are currently hiring
Financial Representatives and Financial Advisors
to join our Queens office. We’re looking for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals with a strong work ethic who are ready to build valuable client relationships in a sales-driven role. Prior experience in fields like accounting, law, or financial planning is a plus but not required. We provide support to help you obtain the necessary licenses.
We ensure a smooth onboarding process with comprehensive training, personalized coaching, and mentorship tailored to your needs. You’ll also have access to specialists for joint work opportunities, giving you hands‑on learning experiences.
Responsibilities include:
Build and grow your own client base.
Create and execute sales and marketing strategies to develop new client relationships.
Assess clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable strategies using insurance, investments, and wealth management solutions.
Act as a trusted advocate for your clients, with a commitment to serving them to the best of your ability.
Prepare and present financial strategies to clients and prospects.
Participate in industry events and educational sessions to stay up to date and improve your skills.
