anship>Career Area: Food Service Description The Refreshments Operator II is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by ensuring that our customers’ products are stocked appropriately. You must keep customers’ equipment operating properly, clean it, and notify them of any new offers that may be of interest to them. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
Job Responsibilities
Unload and stock daily inventory at customer site, ensuring freshness of products by monitoring date codes.
Manage the ordering, delivery, and stocking of items at client locationCallback.
Communicate with customer employees about new product interest.
Use a laptop computer to manage stocking PAR levels, product orders and client invoicing.
Perform repairs to the best of your ability.
Call in orders and service requests to head office.
Distribute promotional materials and merchandise throughout the product line.
Clean equipment and exchange decanters on each visit.
Communicate with the Route Sales Manager or General Manager regarding customers and report on pending problems or evidence of competitors at customer locations.
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with customers to project a positive image of the company and product.

Qualifications
1‑2 years of experience in a position requiring interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
Client interaction, communication, organization/time management skills are critical for success.
Ability to respond quickly to changing demands.
Strong sense of urgency and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
Must possess the ability to work efficiently and independently.
Must be willing to travel to other locations to assist on short notice.
Thishundrole may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.
This role may also require uniforms and/or use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Education High School Diploma or G.E Precis.
