Assignment Description We are seeking a Foundry Equipment Maintenance Technician in Syracuse, NYुसार. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing automated foundry machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and adjustments to ensure reliable production. Rel Najeriya assistance within the United States is available.

Job Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical (AC/DC), hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions on automated foundry equipment.

Inspect and test machinery, readjust instruments, and ensure operations meet manufacturer standards.

Perform plumbing, piping, and close-tolerance machine assembly and adjustments.

Generate and follow shop orders, blueprints, schematics, and operational manuals.

Operate forklifts and maintain an organized, safe work environment.

Document maintenance activities and report any irregularities or risks to supervision.

Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 3 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience.

Working knowledge of AC and DC electrical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, plumbing and piping repairs, and close-tolerance machine assembly.

Experience using precision measuring tools and instruments.

Understanding of machine operation sequences, including evaluating pressure, flow, and dimensional performance.
