Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid‑Level Project Scheduler to join our Project Management Project Controls team within the Construction and Design Services organization. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid foundation in project scheduling who are ready to take on more complex projects and contribute independently to project success.
Responsibilities
Input project data into Primavera P6, including activities, durations, resources, and task relationships; regularly update the schedule as the project progresses.
Monitor schedule progress by comparing actual work completed to the planned schedule; identify discrepancies and develop corrective action plans.
Generate and produce regular schedule reports and updates for project managers.
Assist in managing project resources by ensuring proper assignment to activities and accurate identification of responsible groups.
Support the identification and analysis of potential schedule risks; assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with the project team to collect information, verify progress, and ensure that the schedule reflects the most up‑to‑date status of the project.
Continuously learn and improve knowledge of Primavera P6, project scheduling best practices, and project management processes.
Follow established scheduling procedures, company guidelines, and industry best practices to maintain data integrity and consistency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, construction management, business administration, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience; or a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project scheduling, planning, or project management; hands‑on experience in developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules using Primavera P6 within construction or engineering environments.
Professional certifications related to project management and scheduling are a plus.
Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other industry‑standard tools.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
Familiarity with construction and design services industry practices and terminology is a plus.

Compensation The estimated pay range for this role is $72,675 – $109,200; for locations such as New Jersey, a 20% higher cost‑of‑living differential applies, resulting in a range of $87,210 – $131,040.
