Registered Nurse - Float Pool (MedSurg/Tele/IMC)
We are seeking a dedicated RN for our Float Pool, providing flexible coverage across MedSurg, Telemetry, and IMC units in Gregory, Texas.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations in multiple units
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Adapt quickly to various clinical settings and prioritize patient safety
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies
Skills Needed
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of MedSurg, Tele, and IMC practices
Current RN license in Texas
