Registered Nurse (RN) – Neurosurgery

Shift:
Monday – Friday. Travel may be required between Fairfield County offices.

Responsibilities
Provide office‑based nursing care in collaboration with the provider under direction
Assess physical, psychosocial, and environmental factors; formulate nursing plans; ensure continuity of care through evaluation and intervention
Demonstrate independent nursing actions based on assessment and problem identification
Triage telephone calls and initiate appropriate nursing intervention promptly and professionally
Assist patients and family members with empathy; respect confidentiality and privacy
Assist with rooming procedures
Qualifications
Current Connecticut RN license required
Preferred: Experience in a medical/surgical office setting
Experience with medical software
