Quality Control Technician I – QC Lab Support

100% Onsite (Lab Environment)

Role Summary:
Provide QC lab support through sample management, documentation, shipping, and cross-functional collaboration to support testing and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, log, label, store, and manage samples using LIMS
Support sample processing, aliquoting, stability, and retains
Coordinate internal/external sample transfers and shipping
Maintain sample storage areas and documentation (logs, chain of custody)
Collaborate with QC, QA, Manufacturing, MM, and Corporate teams
Assist with deviations, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in meetings and comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Basic Qualifications:
AA degree + 2 years QC/biopharma lab experience
OR
FDA-regulated lab experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
GMP knowledge in QC labs
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible schedule, and overtime as needed
Reports To:
Manager, Quality Control Lab Support
Note:
Team operates 7 days/week with overlapping shifts.
