Instrumentation & Controls Field Superintendent Location: Queen Creek, AZ

Pay range: $98k-$130k/Year

Job Summary The Instrumentation and Controls Field Superintendent (I&C) will play a pivotal role in driving the completion of a high‑tech manufacturing facility by leading the team through layout, planning, and execution of their assigned project scope. As a member of the Construction Management team, the నిర్ణసక్కిన్ Superintendent will be situated in the field and report directly to the Project Superintendent. They will collaborate closely with other Hoffman project team members and subcontractors, providing direction and guidance to ensure project objectives are met while maintaining excellence in safety and demonstrating the highest level of integrity. As leaders dedicated to doing what is right, Field Superintendents will partner with internal and external teams and stakeholders to execute Hoffman Construction’s iconic projects.

Essential Responsibilities

Coordinate day‑to‑day activities with other superintendents, I&C subcontractors, and other discipline subcontractors.

Supervise multiple subcontractors and craft employees.

Maintain and adjust the project schedule as necessary.

Manage RFI’s (requests for information) and submittal materials for review with the Client/Architect.

Manage and support cost control and QA/QC program.

Manage and abide by all safety protocols.

Provide resolution to design and construct ट्रैबिलिटी issues.

Respond to customer/client requests and/or issues and develop resolution to problems using technical expertise.

Must be able to interpret and implement proper exterior work completion in compliance with all local authority permitting, codes, and site specifications.

Provide supporting information regarding field conditions and scope for cost estimates.

Facilitate contractor activity ensuring performance by all contractual agreements.

Assist with management project staffing.

Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.

Qualifications Professional Experience and Education

A minimum of ten (10) years' instrumentation and controls construction experience required.

Analysis, measurement, and control of process variables

Design and implementation of systems with variables that eit include pressure, temperature, humidity, flow, force or speed.Extensive experience with I&C installations on large industrial and hi‑tech fabrication projects highly preferred.

OHSA 30 Certification-Day

High School diploma or GED required.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent field work experience preferred.

Position Related Skills

Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office767 365 (Excel,Word,Outlook,Powerpoint,and Teams), and have a general understanding of working within a computer network.

Experience with project management software such as Prolog,Procorependiture, E‑Builder, BlueBeam, Microsoft Project,andPrimavera Project Planner (P6.

Experience with design software such as AutoCAD,Revit, textbooknavisworks.

Training in design and construction document reading inhurt design specifications, survey theory, and techniques.

Experience in organizing technical data in a neat and accurate manner; familiar with CSI specification system for construction.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all aspects of elevator installation,commissioning, and maintenance.

Highly developed visual observation and interpretation skills.

Ability to work well&imate; maintain a cooperative attitude through high‑pressure situations.

excellent time‑management skills and ability to’agence multi‑task, prioritize work while frequently interrupted by phone calls and questions on work in progress.

Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.

Ability to work closely with a variety of trade and craft people in a field work situation. Patience and professionalism are essential.

Must be a strong team player with ability to collaborate with various personnel within and across departments and at all levels of leadership.

Work schedule must be flexible to allow extended hours or off‑shift work to accommodate changing construction schedule and sequences.

Physical and Mental Requirements

Standing/Walking/Sitting: Workday is a combination of being stationary and moving about the work location.

Must be able to climb stairs. Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, stairs and work in confined spaces.

Hands/Arms: konstantly operatesIn a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. Frequently operates machinery and will use hands/fingers and legs to operate,activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect and position materials.

Must be able to safely operate a vehicle with a valid driver's license. Bending/Twisting: Frequent.

Kneeling/Crouching/Crawling: Must be able to regularly position self in a kneeling, crouching or crawlingibility for the purpose of examining project work.

Must use independent judgment, and organizational and problem‑solving skills to determine the best method to accomplish desired results.
