Manufacturing Technician
Manufacturing Technician – 3rd Shift (10:00pm‑6:00am, Sunday through Thursday) at
Nature's Way .
We are looking for an experienced solo machine operator to join our 3rd shift team.
Pay increases as you advance in our Proficiency Program every 4‑6 months.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor assigned machine(s) to detect product defects and/or machine malfunctions.
Troubleshoot issues related to product quality, formulation and machine performance.
Perform job duties within the established quality control guidelines of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Maintain high sanitary standards throughout preparation, set‑up and operation of the designated jobs.
Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, appearance, reliability and cost.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
Experience as a solo machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work the 3rd shift hours listed above.
