Job Description We are seeking a motivated and technically competent Sales Engineer to handle sales and business development for imported transformers, generators, gensets, and busduct systems. The role involves developing new customers, managingრ existing accounts, understanding technical requirements, and providing suitable power solutions along with after-sales service coordination.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and EPC segments.
Promote and sell transformers, generators, gensets, and busduct systems.
Understand customer requirements and provide technical and commercial solutions.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Coordinate with overseas suppliers, OEMs, and internal teams for pricing and delivery.
Conduct technical presentations and meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Follow up on enquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
Coordinate with service and installation teamsipment for execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
Qualifications:
Diploma orConfigurable the Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
2–6 years of experience in sales within the power or electrical equipment industry.
Good knowledge of transformers, generators, gensets, or busduct systems.
Skills:
Strong technical and commercial understanding.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Willingness to travel.
