A Bit About Us A well established industrial manufacturer in the Kansas City area is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join its maintenance team. This role supports day to day equipment reliability and production uptime in a fast paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and rotating equipment
Diagnose equipment failures and implement long term solutions to reduce downtime
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals
Support reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and PM schedules
Partner with production and engineering teams to support operational goals
Qualifications
3 plus years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with working electrical knowledge
PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
Welding and fabrication experience preferred
Ability to work independently and prioritize work orders
