Electrical Foreman
CarolinaPower, an employee‑owned company, is looking for a decisive leader for this full‑time, benefits‑eligible position, available immediately in the Southeast.
Location: North Augusta, SC (Southeast region)
Pay range: $70,000.00‑$100,000.00 per year, depending on experience, skills and knowledge.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Schedules, coordinates, and supervises field employees assigned to electrical construction or service projects.
Works with other trades to ensure all specifications, regulations, and policies are met and projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Leads by example, fostering a safety‑first culture, eliminating waste, and focusing on customer satisfaction.
Manages production and cost control.
Communicates effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
Equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience can substitute.
Minimum 3–5 years of electrical construction experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
Positive safety attitude and personal integrity.
Valid driver’s license and insured personal transportation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Working knowledge of various construction disciplines, contract documents, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, engineering drawings and other documents.
Analytical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve difficult problems.
Ability to effectively supervise and evaluate craft performance and manage electrical crews.
Capacity to work overtime and/or long hours as required.
Travel for projects as required.
