Overview At Botanica, we specialize in creating refined, high‑end outdoor environments that blend artistry, craftsmanship, and luxury living. Our Construction Project Manager plays a key role in bringing these designs to life—overseeing every detail from groundbreaking to the final walk‑through. In this role, you’ll guide complex residential landscape projects with precision, ensure an exceptional client experience, and uphold Botanica’s reputation for elevated quality. You’ll collaborate with skilled crews, top‑tier designers, and discerning homeowners to deliver outdoor spaces that are not only beautiful, but built to the highest professional standard.
What You’ll Do Project Planning & Execution
Manage all phases of luxury residential landscape projects, including hardscapes, softscapes, lighting, irrigation, water features, and outdoor living elements.
Review design plans and specifications to make sure everything is accurate and matches what the client wants.
Read, interpret, and scale landscape and architectural plans to ensure precise installation.
Build out clear project schedules and organize the flow of work.
Coordinate the ordering of high‑end materials, specialty items, and custom features.
Field Management
Lead installation crews and work with subcontractors to ensure exceptional craftsmanship.
Visit job sites regularly to check quality, progress, and adherence to the design.
Troubleshoot issues as they come up and make adjustments without compromising quality.
Ensure all work meets company standards, industry best practices, and local codes.
Client & Designer Communication
Be the main point of contact for homeowners, designers, and architects.
Provide clear, friendly updates throughout the project.
Host onsite walk‑throughs and help answer questions or talk through design changes.
Work closely with designers/architects to confirm details and coordinate revisions.
Budget & Documentation
Manage budgets and keep track of expenses to ensure the project stays profitable.
Prepare change orders, progress updates, and necessary documentation.
Monitor labor and material usage to prevent overruns while maintaining quality.
Safety & Compliance
Maintain a safe jobsite for all team members and subcontractors.
Hold regular safety discussions and ensure OSHA compliance.
What We’re Looking For (High‑End Expertise Required)
3–5 years of experience in landscape construction or project management—ideally in high‑end residential settings.
Strong knowledge of premium landscape materials, plants, irrigation, lighting, and outdoor living features.
Ability to read, scale, and interpret detailed landscape/architectural plans.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills.
Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and project management software.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
