HR Operations Specialist

Department: GROUP HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT
ROLE
Manage diverse HR administration processes related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and all intermediate stages such as work certificates, relocation and other employment-related documentation.
Proactively monitor and maintain high standards of data quality in the HRIS, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely updates.
Ensure all incoming requests and inquiries from employees are appropriately addressed.
Provide support to payroll by entering monthly variable data, collecting annual tax residency certificates and updating pension plan contribution rates within the system.
Produce HR analysis and reports for different departments.
Lead HR Operations projects aimed at improving existing practices, methods, and procedures, and drive digitalization within current processes as well as in the development of new ones.
Manage the internal platform for employee benefits and events, ensuring smooth operations and timely updates.
Apply and promote HR internal policies and regulations across stakeholders (employees, managers, HR team).
Document best practices and decisions taken within HR for future reference.
Manage relationships and collaborate with external partners and service providers.
PROFILE
Federal HR Specialist Certificate (Brevet fédéral en Ressources Humaines)
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations
Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security regulations
Proven ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential data with absolute discretion and compliance
Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SuccessFactors; Power BI experience is a plus
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and collaborative mindset
