What we expect from you
You have at least five years of experience as a (Crew) Planner and you have proven your talent and potential when it comes to planning
Experience in the maritime sector is a great asset, but planners from other industries are also more than welcome
Even more important: you have the will to deal with complex plannings, changing priorities and unforeseen circumstances
You are not afraid to ask for help from your team, and your colleagues can count on your help when needed
You are both assertive and diplomatic in your communication and you know how to deal with different stakeholders (crew members, superintendents, captains…)
You speak and write fluent English; knowledge of the Dutch language is an asset
You are willing to travel from time to time and maintain visibility across our fleet, this includes visits to vessels and our main office in Delft
