About the Position
The Retreat at Jasper
is seeking Med Techs to join their team!
Shift & Employment Details Part‑time/PRN, Monday‑Friday and every other weekend.
Responsibilities
Monitors the health and well‑being of residents.
Provides leadership support and assistance with resident care and services.
Assists with medication care and administration.
Communicates with resident support services and families.
Maintains clinical quality assurance while supporting all elements of wellness.
Identifies ongoing needs and services through assessment / Personalized Service Plan.
Ensures proper follow‑through and documentation for residents with a change in clinical care needs.
Supports the Wellness Nurse with completing clinical sections of monthly wellness visits and PSP.
Informs the Wellness Director and/or Executive Director of changes in medication or service level that may result in higher tier level or potential move‑out.
Assists with obtaining weights and vital signs monthly.
Assists with resident care as needed.
Requirements
Certified Medication Aide or meets state requirements for medication aide.
Minimum of one year experience working with elderly or disabled individuals (preferred).
Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing (preferred).
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.
Additional Information Seniority level: Entry level.
Employment type: Full‑time.
