CNC Machining Operator – 2nd Shift
Location:
46 Nooks Hill Rd, Cromwell, CT 06416
Pay rate:
$19–$23/hr + 10% shift differential
Work schedule:
Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm
Duration:
3 months with possibility of extension or conversion
Overview This position supports manufacturing operations by performing machining‑related tasks on CNC equipment. Prior CNC machining experience is not required; candidates with general manufacturing experience and strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines to support production needs.
Perform machining‑related manufacturing tasks as assigned.
Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
Monitor equipment operation and report issues as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Mechanical aptitude required.
Ability to work second shift hours consistently.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a production environment.
