Responsibilities
React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments Qualifications
Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance Compensation
$16 - $18 hourly
