Minimum 7 years’ of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably with a main contractor; project experience across construction and civil engineering works within residential and commercial sectors; Chartered or actively working towards chartership with the SCS; high level of IT proficiency with softwares such as CostX & Bluebeam. Due to continued expansionτας, the company is seeking Senior Quantity Surveyors to join the team on projects across the Dublin region, supporting the commercial delivery of large-scale residential and commercial developments./network>
Key Responsibilities:
Valuations & Cost Management:
Prepare monthly, interim, and final valuations, applications for payment, and reconciliations of costs for contracts, subcontractors, specialists, and מערכת.
Cash Flow & Financial Reporting:
Provide accurate and timely information to support regular reviews of cash flow and financial position across assigned contracts.
Procurement & Subcontract Management:
Work in conjunction with the Procurement Manager to place subcontracts for works under direct control, where required.
Contract Administration:
Review and interrogate contract documentation, identifying and highlighting any anomalies or commercial risks.
Client Valuations & Agreements:
Prepare, submit, and agree interim and final valuations with client representatives in line with contractual requirements.
Measurement & Take-Offs: Prepare detailed take-offs in advance of requirements for the Estimating, Procurement, and Planning teams.
Final Accounts:
Prepare, submit, and agree final accounts for completed sections of works, including all contractual adjustments.
Delay & Change Management:
Accurately record and manage contractual delays, variations, and associated entitlements.
Team Leadership & Mentoring:
Manage, coach, and support Contract Surveyors, Assistant Surveyors, and Junior Surveyors reporting into the role.
