Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential commercial real estate investment opportunities for clients.

Guide clients through the complexities of commercial real estate transactions with clarity and confidence.

Develop and nurture a robust network of industry contacts to enhance business opportunities.

Stay ahead of market trends to provide clients with timely and insightful advice.

Negotiate and close deals that align with clients' goals, ensuring satisfaction and success.

Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for mutual growth.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

Real Estate License or active pursuit of one.

Experience in commercial real estate sales or a related field.

Ability to identify and evaluate lucrative investment opportunities for clients.

Proven track record of successfully guiding clients through complex transactions.

Strong negotiation skills to close deals that meet client objectives.

Compensation $120,300 - $198,200 yearly
