Pay: $65,000-$95,000 (dependant on credentials and experience)

Responsibilities You will help more people hear better by providing clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss while ensuring a positive patient experience. You will act in accordance with the required industry and state professional licensing standards. In addition to exceptional patient care you are responsible for growing your patient population and meeting practice financial goals.

Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices.

Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices. Includes troubleshooting, conducting repairs, and cleaning of hearing aids and earmolds.

Achieve practice growth with a strong focus on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical practice standards.

Local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships. You represent HearingLife as an advocate to make a life‑changing difference.

Counsel patients on the purchase of their hearing aids, devices, and accessories. Maintain a current understanding of third‑party payors and various payment methods in accordance with federal and state laws.

Understand and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets working closely with your PCC and Manager to achieve clinic financial KPIs.
