Role Description This is a full-time remote role based in the Chicagoland area. As a Senior Loan Originator, you will assist clients by identifying their unique financial needs and guiding them through the loan process. Key responsibilities include evaluating loan applications, completing thorough documentation, collaborating with underwriting teams, and maintaining regulatory compliance. You will also build and nurture relationships with clients and business partners while delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
Expertise/experience in loan origination, loans, and mortgages, with a strong understanding of lending processes and guidelines
Proficiency in underwriting and knowledge of key compliance requirements
Solid foundation in finance, including assessing financial documents and analyzing creditworthiness
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships and engage with a team
Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage tasks effectively both onsite and remotely
Relevant licenses for mortgage loan origination mandatory
