Personal Lines Account Manager - High Net Worth Clients (Hybrid)

We’re seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager who enjoys working with high net worth individuals, values attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.
What You’ll Do
Manage and retain a book of high net worth personal lines clients
Provide proactive service, coverage guidance, and annual policy reviews
Respond to client questions regarding coverage, endorsements, and policy status
Deliver high touch customer service with professionalism and accuracy
Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3–5 years of Personal Lines experience, including HNW clients
Active Illinois Property & Casualty Personal Lines license
Current with all required CE credits
Experience with agency management systems (QQ Catalyst, Applied, or AMS360 preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail oriented, and dependable
Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)
