We are looking for a reliable and hardworking
Assistant Cook
to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will support the Head Chef in preparing meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. If you're passionate about food and eager to grow your culinary skills in a dynamic environment, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of the Head or Sous Chef Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits Measure and prepare ingredients as directed Ensure all food items are stored properly and kitchen areas are clean and organized Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies Dispose of waste and follow cleaning schedules Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent; culinary training is a plus Proven experience as a kitchen helper, assistant cook, or similar role preferred Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
