Job Details Our company is seeking an experienced, innovative, and dynamic Landscape Architect to join our team. This is a permanent position focused on creating and implementing design solutions for a variety of projects including public parks, commercial properties, and residential developments.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive plans and designs for various construction projects including public parks, commercial properties, and residential developments.
Utilize Adobe Illustrator and SketchUp to create detailed drawings, design plans, and 3D models.
Collaborate with a team of architects, engineers, and construction professionals to integrate landscape designs into overall project plans.
Conduct site analyses to understand landscape elements and assess environmental impacts.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Oversee the implementation of design plans during construction to ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects stay within budget.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience and a Registered Landscape Architect.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and SketchUp is a must; knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino, or Revit is a plus.
Excellent design, visualization, and graphic presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
