Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Auto Parts Manufacturing Development Specialist to oversee and manage the intricate process of developing and ensuring the quality of auto parts manufacturing. This role will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and certification agencies, to drive the successful development and production of auto parts.
Responsibilities
Customer Business Development Plan Review: Evaluate and oversee the initial phases of the development plan, including the Preliminary Component Quality Plan and Preceding Stage Inspection.
Coordinate and participate in the Commencement Mold Start Review Meetings, ensuring the preparation of Initial Development Plans and Joint Inspections of Initial Components.
Validate mass production feasibility, incorporating analyzed issues, and conduct Commencement Mold Start Review Meetings for Mass Production.
Prepare and present Completion Reports for Mass Production Development.
Component Manufacturing Process and Inspection: Oversee and approve the manufacturing processes for components, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations.
Conduct thorough inspections of components to guarantee compliance with established guidelines.
Preparation and Logistics for Mass Production: Develop and execute logistics and supply plans for the smooth transition to mass production.
Check the readiness during the mass production phase for mass production.
Supplier and Outsourcing Management: Establish plans for Corrective and Preventive Actions to secure quality and resolve issues promptly.
Develop operation plans for SQ certification agencies and validate parts logistics.
Review and analyze inspection results of 2/3rd party supplier parts and processes.
Performance Reviews and Conclusion: Check and evaluate the fluidity of CAPA analysis performance.
Monitor and assess the operation status of outsourced parts, certification agencies, and parts logistics.
Lead transfer meetings for mass production and execute logistics and supply plans accordingly.
Conclude the development phase by ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (PSO) and compiling a comprehensive Completion Report.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Preferred to have a proven experience in auto parts manufacturing development, quality control, and project management.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Strong time management and organization skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in interpreting technical specifications and understanding customer requirements.
Proficiency in both Korean and English.
