Our Vision for this Role The Transaction Manager will provide ongoing support and management of real‑estate transactions, ensuring consistency in processes, systems, and reporting across a portfolio‑wide transaction strategy. The role coordinates field resources and stakeholders for lease renewals, new site acquisitions, dispositions, sales, early lease terminations, and more.
What We Will Accomplish Together
Assist with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to company‑driven priorities, commitments, and milestones.
Coordinate, execute, and monitor all steps surrounding a transaction (completion of project initiation forms, delivery of market surveys, site tours, RFI/RFPs, LOI, building evaluation matrixes, lease execution, and transaction closeout).
Coordinate field broker selection and other required resources, subject matter experts, and business partners, facilitating review and approval of proposed team resources for transaction execution.
Draft and create a variety of analyses and documents, including market comparable reports, RFPs, proposal comparison packages, LOIs, and broker's opinions of value.
Coordinate the negotiation of sales through a field broker and support the negotiation of leases and lease amendments.
Monitor lease expirations and negotiate lease renewals within prescribed timelines.
Locate and present new properties to meet requirements and timelines.
Review, analyze, and interpret financial analysis templates (book and cash flow projections, NPV, IRR) to enable informed decisions.
Work closely with the Director of Real Estate, Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, Construction, Legal, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure integration between service lines.
Track all transaction activity and manage the project tracking system to ensure timely completion.
Resolve landlord and tenant disputes.
Other duties may be assigned.
What You Have
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
3+ years of experience in new deals and/or renewal transactions.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical ability, both financial and qualitative.
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and SmartSheets.
Experience conducting financial and business analysis.
Ability to multi‑task, work under pressure, prioritize and manage workload.
Ability to work independently and within a team, building relationships and interacting with stakeholders.
Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments.
Desire to work in a diverse, collaborative, and fast‑driven professional environment.
Strong relationship skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
