Responsibilities
Ensure construction projects stay on budget and meet financial goals.
Manage company’s construction project accounts, including monthly draws, payables, cash flow estimates, and receivables.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners (AR), vendors, and suppliers.
Assist in setting up and maintaining construction project accounting files.
Project Management & Technical Skills
Understanding of project accounting principles.
Monitor project compliance and financial regulations for subcontractors and general contractors.
Knowledge of Florida’s Lien Rights & NTOs.
Attention to Detail, Time Management & Communication
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective teamwork with the Accounting department.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure objectives are met.
Knowledge of contract billing requirements.
Additional Requirements
High accuracy in recording transactions.
Experience with AIA Billing for subcontractors & general contractors.
Collections, lien waivers, lien preparation, subcontractor change orders & back charges.
Accounts Payables (subcontractors and suppliers).
Pay Rate $50,000 - $60,000
