Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic finance partner to executive and functional leaders, structuring ambiguous business questions and recommending data‑backed courses of action

Own the financial perspective for strategic planning and forecasting, identifying key risks, opportunities, and performance drivers

Build dynamic financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate growth initiatives, pricing strategies, margin opportunities, and resource allocation decisions

Lead financial evaluation of strategic investments, including ROI analysis, downside scenarios, and performance tracking

Help evolve financial processes, tools, and KPI frameworks to improve visibility, scalability, and decision support as the business grows

Qualifications

4–6+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or similar analytical roles

Strong financial modeling and business judgment with the ability to synthesize imperfect information into clear recommendations

Proven ability to influence stakeholders, communicate complex ideas clearly, and operate independently in evolving environments
