Job Description Employee Recognition and Rewards Incentives
Government Mandated Benefits Insurance Health & Wellness
Maintain adequate applicant pool to serve as an immediate reference for manpower needs by utilizing various sources (job fairs, list of graduates, job ads, and, referrals etc.)
Do interview and endorsement of qualified applicants to client
Closely coordinate with employees and client’s HR counterpart
Prepare employment contract and conduct orientation
Collect Daily Time Record every cut off
Prepare timekeeping for payroll processing
Conduct general assembly to employees
Conduct evaluation to active employees
Prepare and issue disciplinary action to erring employees
Attend to employee’s concerns/queries
Attend client meeting/s if necessary
Perform other task that may be assigned by superior
Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science or any 4-year course
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
With at least 1-2 related work experienceas HR Coordinator
Keen to details and organize in record keeping
Flexible and can adapt to different situations
Team player and client oriented
