Overview
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager. This individual will be pivotal in providing exceptional account management services to commercial clients. As a key member of the team, you will work with colleagues and clients to deliver innovative insurance solutions while fostering strong relationships built on trust, integrity, and expertise.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, carriers, and vendors
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and proactive support.
Assist in the placement, renewal, analysis, and management of commercial construction insurance policies.
Support clients by identifying coverage needs, presenting risk management strategies, and offering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with producers to align client experience strategies with the company’s objectives.
Coordinate submissions, proposals, endorsements, certificates, and other critical documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Stay current on industry trends, carrier offerings, regulation changes, and best practices within the insurance and construction space.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to enhance their professional growth.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Minimum of 5+ years of experience handling Commercial Lines accounts and demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts and deliver high-value service.
Skills & Competencies
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency with insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certifications
2-20 Licensure required. Insurance designations (CIC, CRM, CPCU, ARM, etc.) are a plus and encouraged.
