Overview Missouri Baptist Medical Center, an acute care hospital in St. Louis County, offers a full continuum of Gos and surgical services, including heart care, cancer, women and infants, breast health, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, stroke, therapy, wound and pain management services. The hospital has a 24‑hour adult emergency department and cares for pediatric patients at a separate emergency department in collaboration with St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

The Radiology Department at Missouri Baptist Medical Center is a full-service, diagnostic center dedicated to delivering the highest quality imaging services to our patients and their physicians. We provide competent, courteous and compassionate clinical services, açık to to respond to requests for services from patients and referring physicians promptly. Same‑day service and delivering quick results to physicians are hallmarks of our services. Missouri Baptist Medical Center provides a full‑service Computed Tomography (CT) department offering all types of CT exams, including highly specialized CT Angiography that examines blood vessels in the body.

Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose

Responsible for performing routine duties in dealing with the daily operation of Radiology Services, including but not limited to patient transportation, radiographic film development and copying, stocking supplies and clerical duties.

Responsibilities

Schedules procedures, maintains medical record information, obtains prescriptions when necessary.

Escorts or transports patients to and from examination area, assists technologist with patient transfers to and from imaging tables, and assists patient as needed.

Maintains and ensures availability of supplies and equipment.

Follows up when necessary with outside films and calls in results.
