Work You’ll Do As a US Delivery Center Solution Analyst on the team, you will;
Responsible for budget system configuration using Oracle EPM
Deliver end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle EPM solutions
Drive strategic projects that transform financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions
Partner closely with stakeholders from Finance and IT to ensure Oracle EPM systems are delivered efficiently, effectively, and aligned with business objectives under lead supervision
Support public sector planning and budgeting concepts
Work on data management within EPM Automate to build metadata and data load

Qualifications
1+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud Budgeting and Planning
Experience with at least 1 Oracle EPM implementation project
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg).
Spend up to 30% of working time co‑located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo‑Hub location, approved site, or project location.
Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance.
Preferred:
Experience with Oracle EPM implementation for the Public Sector, State and Local experience highly preferred
