Bartender Banquet

Must be able to interact with high profile guests and celebrities while maintaining a professional demeanor. Greets and welcomes all guests in a pleasant and professional manner. Be a brand advocate by providing Guests with accurate information regarding our venues, menus, and pricing. Cleans bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, and other bar appliances. Acknowledges, greets and converses with customers who approach the bar. Prepares and pours all types of drinks for customers and cocktail servers upon request providing they have a Union Pour Card. Processes all cash transactions by accepting money and making necessary change accurately, while presenting customer with bar receipt. Converts cash to coin for any customers playing the slot machines in the bar area. May not work out of another person's cash drawer and must follow the Cash Handling Policy. Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business. Must be able to obtain a required Non-Gaming License.
