Customer Experience Lead – Ohio Valley (Victoria’s Secret & Co.)
Description A values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to drive and grow top-line sales. The role reports to the Store Manager or Customer Experience Manager based on store volume.
Primary Responsibility The Customer Experience Lead drives and grows top-line sales by selling, leading, and directing associates on the sales floor, and coaching associates in the moment. The role also supports operational excellence through maintaining visual standards, payroll management, and merchandise availability, and acts as a front‑line supervisor responsible for assigning work and providing direction to non‑supervisory associates.
All Store Leadership Team Responsibilities
Leading and demonstrating company values within the store.
Delivering exceptional customer experiences as the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling.
Conducting associate observations and associate coaching.
Understanding all associate roles and ensuring all roles work for the good of the team and the customer.
Linking results to behaviors and actions to drive top‑line sales.
Independently managing labor hours within the store to drive top‑line sales and profit.
Owning the overall appearance and presentation of the brand by maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of required actions of the brand.
Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures.
Additional duties as assigned, including floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, onboarding, and shipment processing.
This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing.

Salary Minimum: $15.00 per hour Maximum: $19.00 per hour
Qualifications
Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand.
Excellent merchandising skills.
Experience reviewing business reports and taking immediate action to achieve results.
Self‑awareness and a willingness to seek feedback to improve.
Ability to monitor and incorporate feedback into decision making.
Experience influencing cross‑functional partners in informal and formal settings.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
Proficiency with technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
Preferred: 1 year of retail experience.
Preferred: Directed other individuals in the performance of their job duties.
